About Blaze<br><br>Blaze is an educational and accessibility-focused platform designed to help users interact with text and educational materials using accessibility and text-to-speech features.<br>Blaze may include:<br><br>text-to-speech functionality<br>educational accessibility tools<br>cloud syncing<br>file and text uploads<br>AI-assisted audio generation<br>accessibility customisation features<br><br>Some features may change, be updated, or be removed over time.<br><br>3. Eligibility<br><br>Blaze is intended only for users aged 13 years or older.<br>Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or use Blaze.<br>By using Blaze, you confirm that:<br>you are at least 13 years old<br>the information you provide is accurate<br>you have the legal ability to agree to these Terms<br><br>Blaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate age restrictions.<br><br>4. User Accounts<br>To use certain features, users may need to create an account.<br>Users are responsible for:<br><br>maintaining account security<br>protecting login credentials<br>activities conducted through their account<br><br>You agree not to:<br><br>impersonate another person<br>create misleading accounts<br>share accounts in an abusive or fraudulent manner<br>attempt unauthorised access to Blaze systems<br><br>Blaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.<br><br>5. User Content<br><br>Users may upload:<br><br>text<br>educational materials<br>documents<br>files<br>images<br><br>other compatible content<br>Users retain ownership of content they own or have rights to use.<br>Blaze does not claim ownership over user-uploaded content.<br>However, by uploading content, you grant Blaze a limited, non-exclusive licence to:<br><br>store<br>process<br>sync<br>convert<br>display<br>transmit<br><br>the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Blaze services.<br>Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights, permissions, or lawful grounds to upload content.<br>Educational and reference materials may be uploaded for personal and educational use within Blaze. Users must not falsely claim ownership over materials created or owned by others.<br><br>6. Prohibited Content &amp; Conduct<br><br>Users must not use Blaze to:<br><br>upload illegal content<br>distribute malware, spam, or harmful code<br>upload explicit sexual content<br>harass, threaten, or abuse others<br>upload extremist or highly graphic violent material<br>interfere with Blaze systems or security<br>misuse the platform in unlawful ways<br><br>Blaze reserves the right to:<br><br>remove content<br>restrict features<br>suspend accounts<br>permanently terminate accounts<br><br>at its discretion when misuse is detected.<br><br>7. Intellectual Property<br><br>Blaze, including its branding, design, software, logos, interfaces, and features, is owned by Elan Levy or licensed to Blaze and is protected by intellectual property laws.<br><br>Users may not:<br><br>copy Blaze software<br>reverse engineer the service<br>redistribute Blaze code or branding<br>commercially exploit Blaze without permission<br><br>except where permitted by applicable law.<br><br>8. Third-Party Services<br><br>Blaze may rely on third-party providers and technologies, including cloud storage, AI, and text-to-speech systems.<br><br>These may include:<br><br>Supabase<br>ElevenLabs<br>Microsoft Azure services<br>Hugging Face<br>Inworld AI<br>built-in device text-to-speech technologies<br><br>Blaze is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers.<br><br>9. Availability of Service<br><br>Blaze may be updated, modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.<br><br>We do not guarantee:<br><br>uninterrupted availability<br>error-free operation<br>permanent access to features or stored content<br><br>Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important materials.<br><br>10. AI &amp; Accessibility Disclaimer<br><br>Blaze may use automated systems, accessibility technologies, and AI-assisted processing.<br><br>Generated audio or accessibility outputs may occasionally contain:<br><br>inaccuracies<br>pronunciation errors<br>formatting issues<br>incomplete results<br><br>Blaze is provided for educational, accessibility, and productivity purposes only.<br><br>Blaze is not:<br><br>a medical service<br>a mental health service<br>a professional educational institution<br>a substitute for qualified professional advice<br><br>Users should independently verify important information.<br><br>11. Privacy<br><br>Your use of Blaze is also governed by the Blaze Privacy Policy.<br><br>The Privacy Policy explains how Blaze collects, stores, and processes user information.<br><br>12. Data &amp; Account Deletion<br><br>Users may:<br><br>delete uploaded content<br>remove saved information<br>delete their account<br><br>through available account settings.<br><br>Blaze may retain limited information where required:<br><br>for legal obligations<br>fraud prevention<br>dispute resolution<br>security purposes<br><br>13. Future Paid Features<br><br>Blaze may introduce:<br><br>subscriptions<br>premium plans<br>paid accessibility tools<br>enhanced storage or export features<br><br>Additional pricing and billing terms may apply to paid services in the future.<br><br>14. Limitation of Liability<br><br>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze and Elan Levy shall not be liable for:<br><br>indirect damages<br>data loss<br>educational outcomes<br>lost profits<br>interruptions<br>third-party service failures<br>reliance on generated outputs<br><br>Use of Blaze is at the user's own risk.<br><br>Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply in all locations.<br><br>15.
